About the event
If you felt challenged by my awareness of self-confidence and the need for approval from others to define your own worth, know that this evening is an invitation to gently explore these topics. We are not always ready to dive directly into our wounds, and that is completely normal. But sometimes, the first step towards healing begins with a simple awareness.
This is exactly what we will do during the evenings of La Belle UNIKA: create a warm and safe space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we will address the themes of trust, soul wounds, and reconnecting with yourself, with kindness and openness. It will be a path back to you, where each awareness will become a starting point towards transformation and liberation.
