Payment & Delivery
The prices indicated on the store do not include delivery costs or taxes (GST and QST).
All prices shown are inCanadian dollar (CAD$).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must have been received in full (Payment via Paypal) before Unika Creations can send the item.
Full payment is required before proceeding with anycustom order. Personalized products are non-refundable.
All orders are mailed from Rimouski, Qc, Canada via Canada Post or Purolator depending on the evaluation of your order. Delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
Delivery is made to the name and delivery address indicated in the order form and/or Paypal. You are therefore responsible forprovide accurate delivery information. In the event that the address provided is invalid, the costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
If damage or loss occurs to a delivered product and the user has not taken steps to obtain insurance, the customer must then assume the damage or loss.
Unika Creations is not responsible for unclaimed packages. The customer will then have to assume the costs of reshipment.

Return policy
Upon receipt of the product, the customer has 15 days to communicate your dissatisfactionwith respect to the product.
After explanation and agreement, the customer can then return through Canada Post, at his expense, with a copy of the invoice, the product in its original state.
The customer fully assumes the risk of loss and breakage of the product when it is returned to Créations Unika. In the event that the product returns damaged, broken, used, worn or not in its original condition, Créations Unika may then refuse the refund to the customer. The customer will therefore have to bear the costs if he wants to get his product back. Note that the refund only includes the total amount of the products purchased and taxes. Delivery charges and associated taxes will not be refunded.
The return policy does not apply for personalized orders.
When a product is on sale, the sale is final, so the return policy does not apply.
Purchase Policy
Les Créations Unika undertakes to process orders within 2 to 5 working days.Unika Creations is not responsible for Canada Post and Purolator delivery times.
In the event that a product is out of stock, Unika Creations undertakes to notify the customer. The customer is then entitled to request a full refund.
