Before creating them, I would never have believed that as an adult, I would believe so much in fairies and the fantastic world of the enchanted forest. But last year, during the summer holidays, in the woods of 8-mile lake at my grandparents' old chalet, I felt for the very first time the energy of the fairies. The wood fairies as I like to call them. I could feel their presence, even during my sleep, they were present in my unconscious. And by closing my eyes and reconnecting to this magical moment, I can still feel their energy. That summer, I understood that by channeling the energy of the fairies, I could bring them to life in the physical world through my creations. And I let them guide me through my intuition to bring to life these little UNIKA characters whose signature is the heart on the left hand.

The magic of the wood fairies is imbued with respect for the earth and the elements. They know the secrets of every plant, every flower, using their powers to heal, soothe and protect.
